European Association for Educational Assessment
The European Association for Educational Assessment was founded in 2000. The Association is one of the leading organizations for researchers and professionals in the field of educational assessment. The main goal of the organization is to develop the relations and collaboration in the field of assessment in Europe and the world. Currently, the Association consists of 161 registered members, including 37 corporate members from 19 different countries, and hosts about 250 participants from over 25 countries during its annual conferences.
The delegation led by Maleyka Abbaszadeh, Chairperson of SEC Board of Directors, participated in the 19th annual AEA-Europe meeting in Arnhem and Nijmegen, the Netherlands, on 7-10 November 2018. The event was organized by CITO (Institute for Measurement in Education), which has long contributed to the development of assessment in the world and has continuous scientific and methodological cooperation with the State Examination Center (formerly SSAC). One of the partner organizations of the event was the State Examination Center. The topic of the conference was “Bridges to the assessment of future education”.
