Persons who wish to obtain the certificate from Nakhchivan, Ganja, Sheki, Lankaran, Shirvan, Goychay, Barda, Khachmaz, Shamkir regional branches of the State Examination Center should send an application to the email address info@dim.gov.az, attaching a copy of their identity document.
