The exam will be held on February 8, 2025 in the Electronic Examination Building of the State Examination Center (Address: Baku city, Binagadi district, S.S. Akhundov, 50).
The deadline for registration is February 4.
The “B2 First” exam is a tool for candidates to prepare for higher-level exams and assesses the language skills they need to communicate confidently in an English-speaking environment.
The exam consists of 4 sections:
Reading and Use of English - 1 hour 15 minutes;
Writing - 1 hour 20 minutes;
Listening - 40 minutes;
Speaking - 16 minutes.
The Reading and Use of English, Writing and Listening sections of the exam are conducted on a computer, while the Speaking section is conducted face-to-face. Unlike other international exams, the speaking section of the Cambridge qualification exams is conducted by speaking experts with candidates in pairs (or groups of 3).
Test takers can receive their results online within 2 weeks.
