“Interesting topics are discussed on the panel. The participants share the expertise of their countries on the assessment in the field of civil service”, said Bahram Khalilov, moderator of “Panel Session of the Astana Civil Service Hub” within the 45th IAEA Annual Conference on “Assessment and Decision-making: individual and institutional solutions” and the Deputy Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the State Examination Center.
According to his words, the experts from different countries deliver speeches on conducting the assessment in civil service and share insights.
“Assessment in civil service is a diversified process. There are various assessment methods in the world. In general, every country has its own system concerning the assessment. We share our experience with the foreign experts attending the panel. I hope that the participants will benefit from our discussions and the speeches delivered”, noted Bahram Khalilov.
Note that, the International Association for Educational Assessment (IAEA) suggests a worldwide forum for all those who participate in all forms of educational assessment in primary or secondary schools, colleges or the workplaces. SEC (former State Students Admission Commission) also hosted the 33rd International Conference of IAEA in 2007 in Baku and Azerbaijan was the first CIS country to host IAEA conference at that time.
