On March 18, 2025, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the State Examination Center Maleyka Abbaszade held a meeting with the winner of the competition Seymur Huseynov within the framework of the Mentoring program of the third “Yukselish” competition.
The Chairperson stated that she will cooperate with Semur Huseynov within the framework of the personal development program, share her experience and knowledge with him, as well as create opportunities for him to participate in relevant SEC projects and provide necessary assistance to further develop his potential as a future executive leader.
Seymur Huseynov expressed his confidence that gaining experience in programming and process automation at this stage of the contest and mutual cooperation with the SEC in this area will be beneficial for his career development.
It should be noted that the “Yukselish” competition was established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed on July 26, 2019, with the aim of identifying and supporting promising leaders with high intellectual level and management skills, and creating a human resource bank in the country.
Maleyka Abbaszadeh, Chairperson of the Board of the State Examination Center, is a member of the Organizing Committee of the “Yukselish” competition. In addition, certain assessment tools used during the competition are developed by the State Examination Center.
