Considering the requirements of the pandemic, the test takers were allowed to enter the examination building only with medical masks. The entrance to the building was regulated in accordance with the new rules, and the exam administration staff was provided with appropriate protective equipment (special clothing, gloves, face shield, medical mask).
The examinations were administered in 9 cities (regions) at 43 test centers by 43 test supervisors, 904 hall proctors and 241 other contributors.
In order to prevent crowds and contact, different entrance schedule had been set for the test takers. Special lines had been drawn in front of the test centers. The entrance process to the test centers was organized according to the social distance requirements.
The temperature of the participants entering the examination building was checked with electronic thermometer and the necessary disinfectants were used.
As per the preliminary information, two test takers (entrants) were not allowed to take the exam due to the high body temperature.
In order to manage overall examination process, central operative headquarter was created within the SEC. The headquarter was in permanent contact with the examination venues to control the examination process. The SEC followed policies and procedures to ensure that all students can test under a uniform set of conditions.
From June 25, processing of exam protocols and answer sheets will begin.
Upon completion of processing of examination protocols and answer sheets of applicants in a secure environment, the results will be announced in upcoming days (IX Grade – 5 days, XI Grade – 3 weeks).
