On December 23, 2024, the State Examination Center (SEC) held a training session on "Career planning" for the employees of the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The training was conducted by Mirana Rustamli, senior advisor to the unit of Work with State Strategy and Human Capital Development of the State Examination Center.
During the training, the participants gained theoretical and practical knowledge on the concept of career planning, organizational culture, the application of international experience in preparing a career development plan. Participants were also informed about the rules for conducting SWOT and SCOT analyses.
