The State Examination Center has been determined as the main implementing body for the measures provided for in paragraphs 1-3 of the “Socio-economic Development Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2022-2026”, approved by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 3378 dated July 22, 2022. In this regard, the Center is conducting trainings for civil servants in all regions according to the administrative territorial division of the Republic of Azerbaijan until the end of 2025.
The next trainings, starting from July 21, 2025, will be organized in Aghstafa, Gadabay, Qazakh, Shamkir and Tovuz regions until July 25.
Today, associates of the State Examination Center conducted trainings for civil servants on the topics "Admission to the Civil Service: Theoretical and Practical Issues", "Management of Positions and Reserve Personnel in the Civil Service" and "Effective Communication and Teamwork in State Institutions: Psychological Tools for Improving Interaction".
During the trainings, participants were provided with information on the topics, discussions were held, and their questions were answered.
It should be noted that the trainings will continue in other cities and regions until the end of the year.
