Considering the requirements of the pandemic, the test takers were allowed to enter the examination building only with medical masks. The entrance to the building was regulated in accordance with the new rules, and the exam administration staff was provided with appropriate protective equipment (special clothing, gloves, face shield, medical mask).
In order to prevent crowds and contact, different entrance schedule had been set for the test takers. Special lines had been drawn in front of the test centers. The entry process to the test centers was organized according to the social distance requirements. The temperature of the participants entering the examination building was checked with electronic thermometer and the necessary disinfectants were used.
As per preliminary information, 2 test takers were not allowed to take the exam due to the high body temperature. There were also pupils whose documents required to take the exam were not in order.
Test takers who will take part in the next exams must be careful with their documents. They should bring the following documents on the test day:
1) Admission Ticket
2) ID card (original only)
Note: test takers, who don’t have photo on their ID, are required to present reference given by the school with a photo (the reference must be included 3x4 sized photo of the pupil and must be stamped) identification document attached to other required documents.
Test takers must print and bring "Test taker’s declaration of health" along with the above documents. The declaration is signed by test taker’s parent (legal representative).
Starting from April 16 examination protocols and answer sheets of the applicants will be processed and the results will be reported within upcoming 3 weeks.
