The State Examination Center (SEC) held school leaving exams on complete secondary education (XI grade) in 30 regions (cities) on March 3, 2024.
36 test takers with physical disabilities (visually impaired, hearing impaired, etc.) also took part in the exam and necessary standards were implemented. There were special exam halls in the test centers. Individual supervisors have been appointed for visually impaired test takers to assist them in reading the assignments and filling in the answer sheets. Special test booklets have been developed for students with hearing impairments, considering their hearing impairments. Special conditions have been applied for students with disabilities to enter the building and move freely.
The examinations were administered in 30 regions (cities) at 222 test centers by 610 test supervisors, 4899 hall proctors and 898 other testing staff.
50823 test-takers were expected to participate in this exam. 3 test takers were dismissed because of violating exam rules.
There were also pupils whose documents required to take the exam were not in order. Test takers who will take part in the next exams must be careful with their documents. They should bring the following documents on the test day:
1) Admission Ticket
2) ID card (original only)
Note: test takers, who don’t have photo on their ID, are required to present reference given by the school with a photo (the reference must be included 3x4 sized photo of the pupil and must be stamped) identification document attached to other required documents.
Starting from March 4 examination protocols and answer sheets of the applicants will be processed and the results will be reported within upcoming 1 month.
It should be noted that for the first time in the school-leaving exams, the participants were allowed to take the question books with them after the exam.
