The test was administered according to the instructions issued by Government of Azerbaijan concerning COVID-19 pandemic. As precautionary measures, the body temperature of the test takers entering the testing center were checked, necessary disinfectants were used and the participants were seated at the required distance from each other.
The test was held online in 2 shifts in the administrative building of the SEC. As soon as test takers finished the test, they received certificate on the results.
130 of 273 candidates became eligible to compete in the second round by scoring 60 and more points.
The Appeal Council will be operative from 14:00 to 17:00 on October 4-7 in the administrative building of the SEC (28, A.Salamzade Street, Nasimi district, Baku)
