On November 13-14, 2024, the Asia-Pacific Training Center for ICT Development (APCICT) organized the "Annual Digital Leaders Program" in Incheon, Republic of Korea.
Aliya Aliyeva, adviser to the Chairperson of the Board of the State Examination Center, and Sevda Abdullayeva, head of unit of the SEC, also participated in the event dedicated to the role of artificial intelligence and information management in the digital transformation process.
The "Annual Digital Leaders Program" aims to equip participants with the necessary skills and insights to navigate the evolving landscape of AI and data governance and to strengthen their ability to design governance frameworks that address both the opportunities and challenges posed by these technologies.
Establishing reliable data management frameworks to ensure responsible, ethical and secure data management was also one of the program's priority discussion topics.
It should be noted that APCICT provides support to politicians and civil servants in the effective use of ICT during their activities through the "ICT Basics Academy for Government Leaders" program.
