On January 30, 2021, the State Examination Center (SEC) will administer the first TORFL (Test of Russian as a Foreign Language).
The exam was held online for the candidate who took the 4th Level Certificate (TORFL-IV/C2). Exam results will be sent to the candidate via email after 7 working days.
It should be noted that currently the SEC is the only official and operating TORFL Test Center in Azerbaijan.
