On October 11, 2018, Seminar was held in the framework of EU funded Twining project “Support to Further Reforms in Civil Service System in Azerbaijan” AZ/15/ENP/OT/40 at the State Examination Center.
The main purpose of holding the seminar was to disseminate project results among public servants through the round-table discussions, as well as providing the necessary information via the mass media about the measures carried out by the project as well as present its results to the public.
Heads of the Human Resources departments from more than 20 State organisations attended to the seminar which was led by Lithuanian experts. The proposals for further development of performance appraisal system in Azerbaijan and results of implementation of the proposals in pilot institutions were discussed in the first part of the seminar.
Mostly, exisisting software and data base in Azerbaijan and proposals for uprgading were discussed in the second part of the seminar. Additionally, the proposal of creating entire Human Resources Management information system for the policy and decision making for upgrading existing performance appraisal software and database were discussed by the seminar participants.
