On the first day of the training around 30 civil servants from managerial positions participated and got information on the importance of performance appraisal, its techniques and effective usage of the results of performance appraisal.
On 5th and 6th of September representatives from State Examination Center and pilot institutions – Ministry of Economy, State Committee on Architecture and City Building and State Agency on Public Services and Social Innovations under the President of theTraining on performance appraisal of civil servants
A 3-day training (4-6 September) was organized for the representatives of state bodies in the framework of EU-funded Twinning project “Support to further reforms in the civil service system of Azerbaijan” (AZ/15/ENP/OT/40)
