The main goal of the Türkiye-Azerbaijan University is to create a common academic platform, to adapt to international educational standards and to provide an innovative model that meets the demands of the labor market. The main partners of this model are Orta Doğu Technical University, Istanbul Technical University and Hacettepe University from Türkiye, and Azerbaijan Technical University from Azerbaijan.
Türkiye's prestigious faculty brings its academic experience, rich knowledge, laboratory classes and university-industry cooperation to Azerbaijan for the youth of TAU. Admission to the Türkiye-Azerbaijan University, which offers computer engineering, industrial engineering and food engineering programs, is based on exams conducted by the State Examination Center. Education is state-ordered and taught entirely in English. Students' academic English skills are developed by leading experts at METU, and most importantly, graduates are awarded internationally recognized diplomas from both Türkiye and Azerbaijan.
