Employees of the Ministry of Energy participated in the training.
On August 8, 2025, a training on the topic “Fundamentals of Leadership and Management” was held for employees of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
During the training, Mirana Rustamli, senior advisor of the unit of Work with State Strategy and Human Capital Development of the State Examination Center, provided participants with information about who a leader is, why a leader is needed, the difference between a manager and a leader, and leadership styles. In addition, discussions were held on issues such as setting goals, planning, control, evaluation, motivation, time management, etc.
At the end of the training, the participants' questions were answered.
